SAP has announced plans to acquire SmartRecruiters, which is a talent acquisition platform used by over 4,000 organisations globally. With this acquisition, the German software giant wants to bolster its SuccessFactors suite with advanced recruiting tools and AI-driven hiring capabilities. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2025.
