A digitally restored version of legendary filmmaker Satyajit Ray’s 'Aranyer Din Ratri' (Days and Nights in the Forest) movie will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival 2025 (TIFF). The festival’s director of programming, Robyn Citizen, said this movie has "surreal, dreamlike elements" and is also "very light and enjoyable". The movie stars Sharmila Tagore and Soumitra Chatterjee.
