The Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed CBI to file 22 cases against banks, builders, and building authorities in the NCR housing scam. The order comes on petition of 1,200 homebuyers who had booked flats in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad. They alleged they haven't got possession of the flats and are being forced to pay EMIs by the banks.
