Supreme Court has allowed the appeal of the motor accident claimants and granted an enhanced compensation of over ₹20 lakh. The court noted that the deceased was a multifaceted personality having several irons in the fire. The appeal before the Court was filed by the claimants of a 43-year-old man who died in a motor accident.
