SC has issued notice to Chintels after 12 flat owners from Gurugram's Chintels Paradiso housing society filed a petition alleging “willful non-compliance” of the court’s reconstruction and rent payment order. Plea said the society's builder failed to reconstruct nine towers that were ordered to be demolished. The case stems from 2022 after portion of a tower collapsed, killing two women.
