A Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Pardiwala, who recently criticised an Allahabad High Court judge for allowing criminal proceedings in civil dispute case, granted bail to a couple. "This time I'm not going to lose...cool," Justice Pardiwala said. Pardiwala stated this while hearing a similar matter where Rajasthan HC denied anticipatory bail to couple in a civil dispute case.
