Reacting to Supreme Court directing authorities in Delhi-NCR to pick up stray dogs and have them shifted to shelters, Congress leader P Chidambaram said top court's directions must be implemented in every city and town. "It is not difficult to round up stray dogs and put them in proper dog shelters," the 79-year-old stated.
