The Supreme Court has constituted a committee to resolve a 20-year-old case involving a fraudulent housing scheme in Greater Noida, concerning the office bearers of Golf Course Sahkari Awas Samiti. The Court remarked that this unsavoury state of affairs cannot be allowed to continue indefinitely and that the issue must be taken to its logical conclusion.
