The Supreme Court ordered an inquiry into claims made by Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma of the Chennai-based NCLAT, who alleged he was approached by one of the most revered members of the higher judiciary for favour. The inquiry will reportedly be conducted by the court's Secretary General. The case pertains to insolvency proceedings against Hyderabad-based real estate company KLSR Infratech.
