Supreme Court pulled up CBI for saying, in a plea to transfer post-poll violence-related cases outside the state, that there's a "hostile environment" prevailing in West Bengal courts. "Your officers may not have a favourable view of a particular state but you cannot cast aspersions on judiciary," SC said. CBI said it referred to hostile environment prevailing outside the courtroom.
