Supreme Court has questioned Centre over why Sonam Wangchuk's wife Gitanjali Angmo was not given the grounds for his detention under National Security Act (NSA). Appearing for the Centre, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the grounds were served to Wangchuk, adding that the issue will be examined. SC issued a notice to Centre and posted the matter for October 14.
