Supreme Court has refused to consider the merits of HDFC Bank CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan's plea seeking to quash the FIR filed by Lilavati Medical Trust against him. SC directed Jagdishan to wait for the next hearing of Bombay HC regarding the case, scheduled for July 14. The trust has accused Jagdishan of accepting ₹2.05-crore bribe from former trustee Chetan Mehta.
