The Supreme Court said child trafficking is "very rampant nowadays" in Delhi, asked Centre what steps it has taken to curb it, and sought a report "at the earliest". Hearing appeals against bail to accused in an interstate trafficking racket, it said, "We're sorry to say, but High Court dealt with all the bail applications in a very callous manner."
