Supreme Court has stayed the arrest of Wazahat Khan, who had allegedly insulted Hindu Gods, in Delhi, Assam, Haryana and Maharashtra. Khan's lawyer said he's already in police custody in connection with two FIRs in West Bengal, even as SC called his comments "hate-mongering". Khan had filed police complaint against Sharmistha Panoli, leading to her arrest for allegedly insulting Islam.
