The Supreme Court stayed an order of Bombay High Court acquitting all 12 accused in the 2006 Mumbai train blasts case. At least 189 people were killed in the blasts. SC clarified that stay order won't affect the release of accused persons from jail. The HC had said prosecution had "utterly failed in establishing the case beyond a reasonable doubt".
