The Supreme Court has stayed proceedings against Elvish Yadav, accused of involvement in a rave party where snake venom and drugs were allegedly supplied. The bench issued notices to Uttar Pradesh government and complainant Gaurav Gupta on Yadav's plea seeking to quash the chargesheet. Earlier, the Allahabad High Court had refused to quash the case, calling for full legal examination.
