The Supreme Court on Friday stayed NCLAT's order of appointing state-owned NBCC as the project management consultant to complete debt-ridden realty firm Supertech's 16 housing projects at nearly ₹9,500 crore cost. The 16 housing projects are in Noida, Greater Noida, Meerut, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Dehradun and Rudrapur. Around 27,000 home buyers await receiving homes in these projects.
