Supreme Court will on Thursday hear the appeal challenging Bombay High Court's verdict acquitting all 12 convicts in the 2006 Mumbai train blasts case, in which 189 people were killed. Seeking an urgent hearing in the matter, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for Maharashtra, informed a CJI BR Gavai-presided bench, "It's a serious matter from the government's point of view."
