The BJP slammed Karnataka's Congress government after it approved renting 46 road-sweeping machines for seven years at ₹613.25 crore, saying, "A massive financial scandal is unfolding." "It raises serious doubts about where the remaining ₹500 crores is going and who's benefiting," she added.
