Andres Caceres Jaldin, 26, diagnosed with schizophrenia and having a violent history, abducted a 3-year-old girl from Virginia’s Fair Oaks Shopping Center, US. The girl’s mother quickly intervened, and Jaldin fled in a stolen car but was arrested at a Chantilly hotel. He now faces abduction and grand larceny charges and is held without bond.
