Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has written a letter to PM Narendra Modi to flag the "deplorable" conditions in residential hostels for Dalit, ST, EBC, OBC and minority students. He also raised the issue of delay in post-matric scholarships for those from marginalised communities. Last month, Gandhi held an interaction with students from marginalised communities at Delhi University's North Campus.
