An Arunachal Pradesh court has sentenced a hostel warden to death on charges of sexually assaulting students at a government-run residential school. Warden Yumken Bagra was found guilty of sexually assaulting 21 students from 2014 to 2022. Former headmaster Singtung Yorpen and Hindi teacher Marbom Ngomdir were also sentenced to 20 years in prison for failing to report the offences.
