Amid heavy rainfall, the West Bengal government has announced the suspension of academic activities across the state on September 24 and 25. The order applies to all government, government-aided, and sponsored institutions, including primary, upper primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools, except for schools in hill areas. The Durga Puja holidays are scheduled to start from September 26.
