Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia gifted a tractor to Girraj Prajapati, a young man from Lilwara village in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri for risking his life to rescue people during the July floods. Girraj used his tractor-trolley to save villagers but the vehicle broke down in the process. Later, Girraj's mother requested help from Scindia at a relief distribution programme.
