SciSparc shares jumped 28% premarket after its NeuroThera unit signed a binding deal to acquire patents, trademarks and IP for next-generation endoscopic systems and medical cameras from Xylo Technologies. The acquisition includes rights to the MUSE single-use device for treating GERD. SciSparc will issue ordinary shares to Xylo as part of the transaction.
