Police made a scooter driver apologise on camera after they caught him kicking a two-wheeler rider in Maharashtra's Thane. A video showed men riding bikes and scooters in a suburb when a man, riding solo on his scooter, attempted to kick two other men riding a two-wheeler close to him. The local police officials were on patrol behind him.
