At the release of 'Udaipur Files: Kanhaiya Lal Tailor Murder' on August 8, Kanhaiya Lal's son Yash Sahu said, "A seat would be reserved for my father’s soul in the theatre and his photo will be placed on it." He urged people to watch film to "know what happened" with his father, adding it doesn't oppose any religion or community.
