SEBI has banned DHFL's former Chairman and MD Kapil Wadhawan, ex-director Dheeraj Wadhawan and four others from the stock markets for up to five years for diverting funds and fabricating books since 2006. They have been fined ₹120 crore and also barred from holding any key position in a listed company for up to five years.
