SEBI is looking into multiple stock manipulation violations taking place on social media platforms, like Telegram and YouTube channels, a report stated. The regulator is investigating several instances, but directions are likely in four to five cases in the next two to three months. It is scrutinising unregistered finfluencers using social media platforms to give false stock tips.
