A Congressional committee probing the assassination attempt on US President Donald Trump found that the Secret Service failed to act on credible intelligence and failed to coordinate with local law enforcement. "It was a complete breakdown of security at every level-fuelled by bureaucratic indifference," the committee said. "Despite those failures, no one has been fired," it added.
