ECI on Tuesday published the final voter list for Bihar containing the names of approximately 7.42 crore eligible voters following a Special Intensive Revision exercise. Bihar's Magadh region, which also includes the capital Patna, saw maximum addition of voters, reports said. The Seemanchal region, which includes Purnea, Katihar, Araria & Kishanganj, saw the highest voter deletion rate.
