The Pune Police have arrested Shiv Sena youth wing leader Nilesh Ghare for allegedly staging a shooting on his own car in Warje. Reportedly, Ghare believed the incident would help him secure police protection and a firearm licence, which he had been seeking for some time. The incident took place around 11:30 pm on May 19.
