Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi sought a probe into how the preliminary report of the Air India flight AI171 crash was "leaked" to the international media before its release in India. "Such a breach not only undermines...credibility of our aviation safety institutions but also reflects...serious lapse in information security," she wrote to Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu.
