Senior Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, who died by suicide at his Chandigarh home, drafted a will and messaged that along with suicide note to his wife, senior IAS officer, Amneet P Kumar, the day before. Amneet, who was in Japan on official duty, called her husband 15 times but her calls weren't answered. She then called their daughter.
