Sensex and Nifty closed over 0.7% higher on Monday as both benchmark indices extended their two-day streak. Sensex ended nearly 600 points higher as it ended at 81,790.12 while Nifty closed 183.40 points higher above 25,000. The top gainers on Sensex were TCS, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank and Eternal while top Nifty gainers were Max Healthcare Institute and Shriram Finance.
