Indian benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty recorded strong losses in early trade on Monday. Sensex fell over 1,000 points to hit an intraday low of 84,530. Nifty fell over 200 points to drop below the 26,000-mark. Shares of Reliance Industries, Mahindra & Mahindra and ICICI Bank were among the top losers.
