SER Industries signed separate Term Sheets with SNA Milk and Milk Products and DFSU Farmer Connect to acquire majority stakes. These Term Sheets capture the parties' preliminary understanding. The transactions remain subject to due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, before they can be formally completed overall.
