A court in UP's Lucknow has sentenced convicted serial killer Raja Kolander, who allegedly ate his victims' brains and collected their skulls, to life imprisonment for a second time. The court found Kolander and his brother-in-law guilty of the abduction and murder of two people, which took place in 2000. Both the accused have been fined ₹2.5 lakh each.
