Servotech Renewable Power System incorporated a new subsidiary, Servotech Renewable International - FZCO, in Dubai on October 11. The company will hold a 75% equity stake with an initial capital of AED 75,000 in cash. This move expands its EV charging station and solar energy system business. The company also secured a 2.58 MW grid-connected rooftop solar project.
