Servotech Renewable Power System has signed a JV with BEKEM Infra Projects to jointly bid for government renewable energy projects, focusing on rooftop solar & associated infrastructure under various schemes. Servotech will retain existing equity; no shares will be issued to BEKEM. Projects aim to expand renewable energy capacity and increase clean energy adoption across government initiatives.
