Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd has acquired a 27% stake in Rhine Solar for ₹12.15 crore. This strategic move strengthens Servotech's solar backwards integration by entering PV module manufacturing. Leveraging Rhine Solar's existing ALMM-approved facility, Servotech plans to boost its manufacturing capacity from 100 MW to 600 MW, enhancing supply chain control and market leadership.
