A student leader has been accused of molestation at Kolkata’s Jadavpur University (JU). The accused SFI leader has been suspended by the organisation with immediate effect. An English department student has lodged a complaint against the student leader named Soumik Mandal. They went on an educational trip to West Bengal’s Shantiniketan. The molestation incident allegedly took place there.
