Singer Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherji have purchased a luxury bungalow for ₹10 crore in Pune's Prabhachiwadi, as per documents seen by Square Yards. The transaction for the plot-plus-bungalow property was registered in March. The plot spans around 0.4 hectares (roughly 4,787.92 sq yd), while the built-up area is around 5,500 sq ft.
