Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi on Monday alleged that PM Modi, who was visiting Saudi Arabia when the Pahalgam attack occurred, visited Bihar for a "chunaavi bhaashan (election speech)" after returning and not Pahalgam. Amit Shah responded to the allegation on Tuesday by reading excerpts from PM Modi's Bihar speech and asking the House if that sounded like a "chunaavi bhaashan".
