The National Green Tribunal has dismissed an appeal challenging the renovation of 'Mannat', Shah Rukh Khan's sea-facing house in Mumbai's Bandra. The appeal, filed by activist Santosh Daundkar, claimed the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) erred in granting Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearance on January 3. The NGT, however, rejected the plea, calling it "without force".
