Shah Rukh Khan will get ₹9-crore refund from the state following error in calculation by Mumbai suburban collectorate while converting lease on 'Mannat' to full ownership. Khan acquired the bungalow on a 99-year lease in 2001. A premium was to be paid on value of land. Instead, it was calculated on basis of entire construction costs plus value of land.
