A giant bronze statue of Grammy-winning Colombian singer Shakira in her famous belly-dancing pose has been unveiled in her home city of Barranquilla. The 6.5-metre sculpture was unveiled in a park along the banks of the Magdalena River in the presence of the singer's parents. Shakira, who now lives in Miami, said that Barranquilla will always be her home.
