Shakti Pumps' stock jumped 7% after it secured a ₹347 crore contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co to provide 12,451 solar water pumps under the PM-KUSUM scheme. With this being the second tranche, Shakti Pumps has a total of ₹616 crore of confirmed orders, signalling a strong demand from farmers.
