The Supreme Court dismissed a woman's plea against the Gauhati High Court's order rejecting her revision application against the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal's decision. The tribunal had dismissed her review plea on disbursal of compensation amount in respect of death of her son in 2009. The court stated the woman accepted ₹1,00,000 and acted "with open eyes".
