Family of 21-year-old Manipur woman Nganthoi Sharma, who died in the Air India plane crash on Thursday, said she joined the airline as air hostess when she was just 19. "We knew that she was supposed to be inside that plane. But we have not received any information from Air India or any representative," said her father Nandesh.
